About Jim Buys Houses

Jim-Buys-Houses is a division of 11401 Investment Group, LLC, and is owned by Jim Francis.

Jim worked in the defense contracting industry for over 20 years and served as a board member of the McPherson Square Business Council before transitioning into Real Estate full time.

He previously served as a S.T.E.M. Ambassador to Baltimore Poly High School mentoring youth on the importance of science & technology which includes field trips, projects, and monthly speakers in the field of cybersecurity and engineering.

Jim is passionate about real estate and gets satisfaction in helping people out of stressful situations.

A father of three wonderful kids, when Jim isn’t working, he enjoys staying active, spending time with his family, travelling, golfing, fishing, and riding his bike.
